chaat.ai is a no-code platform that lets you turn documentation, help centers, and website content into an AI-powered chatbot for website support. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we improve the product.
We do not guarantee that the bot will answer every question correctly. You are responsible for reviewing the sources it uses and for the accuracy of responses shown to your customers.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You may not use chaat.ai to distribute harmful, illegal, infringing, or abusive content, to mislead users, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload to train your chatbot. By uploading it, you give us permission to process, store, and display it as needed to operate the service.
The chaat.ai name, logo, code, and design are our property. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Payment, billing, and cancellation
We offer a free tier and paid Business plans. Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel, your access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period.
Termination and disclaimers
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk for us or other users.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of chaat.ai, to the extent permitted by law.
